Product Description:

This kit is used for qualitative assay of 7 fusions of the KIF5B-RET fusion gene in RNA from fresh tissue, paraffin-embedded tissue and other samples from adults.

Utilizing the real-time fluorescent PCR technique, this kit can determine the presence of the KIF5B-RET fusion gene by monitoring PCR reaction with fluorescence released from hydrolysis of the specific probe. The assay result can only be used for clinical reference and shall not be used as the only basis for diagnosis and treatment.
